3rd cheapest GS450H on all of autotrader is a CPO silver/black ML/Nav with 34K mi and asking $34K. I have been watching it for about 6 weeks and its dropped its price $2-3K.
I was interested but my wife was vehemently opposed to the painted, maroon pinstripe. Just curious why this car has been sitting unsold. Any insight? Could it be the pinstripe?

if the P/S is in an issue I'm sure the dealership can remove it for you as a condition to purchase. Especially since they've been holding on to this car for 6 weeks.. I like it though..

damn that is one hell of a price for one hell of a car. Check the car fax. God they must be desperate if they dropped the price already 2-3 k. I love the desperation of car dealerships nowadays. I will be going into dealerships in December to look for a new car for my wife. I plan to make them really bend and twist on this deal. I want a steal

I would recommend a different way to find yourself a great deal. Couple months ago I got myself an 08 GS350 with only 2k miles (fully loaded with nav, levingston sound, coolling/warming seats, parking sensors, 18" wheels, etc...) for only 36K through swapalease.com. I contacted people who are looking for someone to take over the lease. You start with people with highest payment (most likely the pay off will be less). Instead taking over the lease, you buy it for their payoff. Some people offer additional incentives which can make it even lower than the payoff. Contact each person and ask for their payoff. I couldn't find anything close anywhere to deal I got.

not regarding the pinstripped topic but....
get it FAST if you want it, mostly for CPO car in dealer will only last for 2 to 3 month and they will ship the car to other place. That's what I know from Longo Lexus at socal.....
Good luck on that
