Default gs questions, trade for a supra?

Hello guys new to this forum...... have spent most my years on SF,Im wondering what the diff is in the yrs of the new gs,as far as power, mpg, gps, stereo and such, seems like there have been many changes to the LS in the last gen. Is the awd model a option many opt for? looks like the 350 model makes good power for its mpg.
Im interested in either trading one of the supras I have or if I have to selling one and replacing it with a gs or Ls. I like the sporty look of the gs,but the wife just had the first kid and its time for a smooth ride. and the Ls is the true alter ego of the sup. I dont want a car that i have to mod anything other than a nice set of wheels,I dont want a car dumped on huge wheels, but id like to run something larger with some lips and at least a 40 series tire for comfort sake.

this link will give you some pretty good info about difference in the yrs of GS as well as LS.

http://www.lexus.com/cpo/model_library/index.html

to sum it up, major difference in years of GS is the upgraged engine and navigation between 06 and 07. 450h is available from 07+, and 08+ models have a minor face lift. for 350, AWD in the only model available for our region, that is unless you have the RWD shipped from lower states. if you want a sportier car, go with the GS. for more room and luxury, go with the LS.

Get the LS if you want a large sedan and a smooth ride.

stvin...nice link thanks.so almost all the 350s are awd then? still not sure if I want a awd, seems like more issues to fix in the future as the car gets olded,I will be getting this car long term most likly why is the hp rating higher on 06 430 than the 07? same motor right?

i don't know about your region, but i am sure in general there are more rwd out there than awd

06-07 gs430 is the same engine, the SAE rating got changed and the new standard gives lower numbers

are you looking to mod the car or no? if your looking to mod the car get the rwd. if you just want to keep it pretty simple with maybe just a set of wheels then get awd. since your in VA the only GS' that are going to be available to you are awd ones. you would have to travel far out of state to get a rwd.
