Does your dashboard make noises?

I got mine fixed last year (I'd have to look back at my old posts - I think it was a TSB having to do with clips). The repair is still holding for me. There were plenty of cold mornings last year, and there have been enough this year.

I live in Windsor Ontario where it can get cold. My 2007 GS 350 had dasboard rattles , and I took it into the dealership on 3 occasions. After the third try last spring, I awaited for the cold weather. Well the cold is here now and the dash does not rattle. I am now a happy Lexus owner.

I also had my resolved by the dealer at no charge. I was initially worried about them pulling the entire dash . . . but they did a great job. I had mine resolved a year ago and the dash has been dead quiet ever since.

Yes, started a year ago during winter months & the car is very cold. Somewhat of a droning type noise as the heater begins trying to kick-in as the car engine warms up. When the engine warms up, the noise is gone. Usually last less than 5 minutes. Had the dealership keep the car overnight last winter, but they could not recreate (naturally). I even had them keep the car an extra night & went to the dealership & started the car with a mechanic after the car sat out in the cold overnight. The car was parked on a decline slop vs level & (of course) the noise did not happen. May try to have them check it out again this week, as I begin having them try to repair other quirks before the warranty expires in Feb.
