WTD with chipping wheel paint on new CPO?
hello,
I bought an 06 gs430 in october and it is right at the factory warranty expiration(4yrs) and was curious what to do with a wheel that is visibly chipping? As a part of the CPO process do the wheels get refinished at the dealer before being retailed? Didnt know if I would have a chance to get this repaired/replaced at the dealer and figured that someone here may have some insight.
car is an 06 with 32k miles and it has the extended lexus warranty until 130k miles or 5 yrs whichever comes first.

Another thread about this all of a sudden wow.
It's a cosmetic issue which I think they would only cover, if you're lucky, during basic warranty. Do a search there is another thread about this.
Do what I did and buy a new set of nicer wheels for the summer and use the ugly wheels for the winter.
