Right, but this doesn't seem like it would be a service a dealer would do. Dull headlights? They'll just sell you new ones. They rarely "repair" anything.

It takes an awful awful long time for headlight lenses to go cloudy.

Honestly I dont recall...you can see my post in the thread from some time ago. We never really got to a final option. Im sure someone else can give you an idea. I've never done this before.

lol well sometimes it depends on the SA. some of them are nice and they refer / outsources jobs to detailers or so. of course they won't be doing this kind of reconditioning, but they will just refer the jobs to their outsourced detailing companies

i contacted them and were going to be putting ES projectors with a clear lens ... once i get a response i should be sending them out.. let you know how it goes

I agree with the TSX projectors if they will fit in the fogs. I think they may be too large with the OEM housing but it cant hurt to ask.

the oem foglghts are wayyy to small for a regular projector to fit. but well see

i would think (and hope, of course) the tsx and es projectors are about the same. would look cool for sure

oh i am sorry i misunderstood, so they are trying to use the projector fogs from previous generation of es? and then they are going to put hid kits in it? i wonder how much that's going to help compared to hid kits in 3gs reflective housing

It should help alot. I can't see anything with the factory fogs. Anything is better than what I have now

here are the es300 projectors in action with an hid kit.. a little modding to the inner shield and the cutoff would be amazing

yeah this was to condition the lens i was looking to see if they could recondition the HID projector they said it does not need to be changed but if i wanted to they would replace both for $1,534 WOW! guess nothing's wrong anymore

Just trade the car for another identical one with headlights that you think look better, it would probably be cheaper. :P
