Default new issue help

Was told at Park Place, I needed new front brake pads and told to turn rotors, all at 30,000mi. I got it back and had a new wobble and "whoom whoom" sound in the front end. I took it back and they found, "hot spots" and turned the rotors again...

The SA, not mine, told me I drove the brakes too hard too soon. Ok. I drove it and it was worse now with wobble as above. I took it back again and suddenly they are apologizing and replaced all pads and front end rotors, for free. No wobble now and "whoom whoom" remains. Sill with vibration in front left at less than 50mph.

Back left lugs were finger loose and I almost lost it at 80mph. Tightened myself and took it back again...They tightened lugs, apologized again, wheel not bent. Took it home and still, "whoom whoom in what sounds like front left, especially at less than 50mph.

I give up. Am going to a Mich dealer and check the tires and to Sewell after
that for a second opinion. Any ideas on "whoom whoom" noise?

whoom whoom, noise can be a number of things. But, could possibly be a wheel bearing or you tires need to be rebalanced again. That's what I would check on first.

Wonder if they were pounding on a rotor to take it off, and messed up a wheel bearing. Am interested to know what you find out to be the cause.

yeah can really be a few things causing that sound, but definitely get some other opinions about what's going on, and be cautious...

Thx to all. Forgot to mention all wheels were balanced
on last visit. Wheel bearing is one I would have
missed and they could have too. I will be sure to
mention it Wednesday. Report to follow.

Got the car back yesterday after 3 days at Sewell. The ride along with the tech went well. He heard and felt the vibration and road noise. Bottom line, they say all 4 tire are FEATHERED. this is the problem.
I have 10,000mi on a set of Mich Primacy HP's. Aligned when installed and balanced twice. I am not hard on the car at all. I assume these tires are too soft for the suspension? Back to all summers?
Input? Thx ahead.

Could this be the reason why Lexus dealerships pump 44psi into our tires when the book says 33psi?
