For some reason I am seeing this message on the cluster when I start my car now. I have over 2000 miles to go before my next oil change, and have always kept up on oil changes.

any ideas why this is happening? I'm wondering if I need to bring the car in to have it fixed. I have the oil maint in the info screen setup so I know I have over 2000 miles left before I should be seeing this message.

it was prolly just reset too early last time...if u know u have ~2000 miles left just reset it again... i dont rember the procedure off the top of my head but theres insturctions on the forum, well atleast there were some for the IS...

Do I need to reset it in two different places? I've reset it on the main screen, but maybe I needed to do it on the cluster as well?

I just went out to the car and reset it. I think what happened is I reset the main info screen on the navigation display, but I never reset the cluster itself. you would think they would both be working together in harmony, but I guess not.

Don't need to set the one on the nav. But the one on the panel will annoy you until you reset it.
