What Brake Pads?
#2
apparently lexus told me it isn't the pads, but it was the shim inbetween the pads and the calipers.... im not 100% if that's the problem, but as soon as someone lets you know i'm probably gonna order a quiet set of pads too!

The best replacement would be either EBC Redstuff or Akebono PRO ACT. Both are ceramic brake pads, NO DUST!!!!!!,pad life almost twice as much compared to oem, and quiter. Here is a link to a website that my friend has ordered from http://www.******************.com He got front and rear akebono PRO ACT. He is very happy with them and once my brake pads get low i am doing the same exact thing he did.
( Not sure y the link is not working but go to (auto parts warehouse) from the drop down menus choose lexus year and model scroll down to brakes suspension etc, choose brake discs, pads etc. and go to shop by brand to either Akebono or EBC Redstuff)

I changed my pads out of OEM to Centric PosiQuiet pads and rotors. I never hear squeals. Not once.
It has nothing to do with the calipers. They changed those under TSB, but the squeals continued until I changed out my pads to Centric brands.
