2006 GS 300 Third Generation inquiry
I am looking at a 2006 GS 300 with 50k miles for $23,000?
Only been one owner and no issues in the history.
Is this a fair price?
Also would an extended warranty be necessary?

Nav but no ML
Test drove today and in good condition.
Tires look good and front brakes are new.
Waiting to get more info on rear brakes.
Current powertrain warranty goes until 70k miles.

WHen was it first sold, are you still in the 4/50 bumper to bumper warranty ? Is it 49,xxx or 50,xxx ...it would be very nice to have a few miles for the stupid little things like side mirrors, rattling rearview mirror, dash rattles, sunscreen, parking sensors, possible a/c drain valve being faulty....etc etc. Price seems to be fair. I would recommend getting an extended warranty, you can give merkury insurance and get a quote on their extended policies, Mine was only like 800 bucks for a 7/100 $50 deductible warranty.

It is steep. Call Merkury insurance. By the way, for that price I would look for a CPO car at Lexus. You should be able to find a Nav / ML car that is CPO for about 24-26 so you would be getting ML for free in essense.

The lease on my my 2006 GS300 ends on August 2010 and the payoff is only $18,000. I'm seriously considering buying it, speciually since it has the rims, coilovers, and system. Was looking into some 2007 GS350s but they're going for loke $28K-$32k. I amy just keep it
