Try this place for TSB's: http://forums.theautomedia.com/local_links.php?catid=1
You will have to register to download the actual TSB, but can look at a general description if not registering.

I'll put up some pics of the GS if I get it. BTW the deal we agreed upon was $25.6K, not $25K straight.

For anyone that cares:
I've had the car for almost three weeks now and absolutely love it. The car was missing all the tire pressure monitor sensors which the dealer and I worked out to get replaced for $200. The creak in the center of the dashboad was also removed by Lexus.
The car is a much better driving experience than my TL. The engine feels much stronger with 50 more horsepower and the interior is fantastic. Last weekend I did roughly 14 hours worth of paint correction on the car as it was badly swirled and oxidized. The previous owner clearly didn't care much about the car. I've got it looking brand new again though.
Process was the following:
Wash with Dawn
Clay one panel at a time(each panel was taking about 5 minutes with the clay bar due to all the grime stuck in the paint. felt like sandpaper)
Meguiars M105 with orange LLC pad(Porter Cable 7424XP)
Meguiars M205 with white LLC pad(PC 7424XP)
Blackfire Wet Diamond paint sealant(PC 7424XP)
Dodo Juice Purple Haze hard wax(by hand)
Front before
Front during
Front after
Entire car completed
I have yet to find a 24 hour period where I'm not driving the car to apply the Leatherique system to the leather seats, but I was able to get the grime off the interior plastic pieces.
