If anyone has or used to have the megans what setting did you find to be closest to oem? I tried max stiff, max soft, middle and currently 9.

I think my cousin did 15f and 18r. Also, it's dependent where the spring setting is as well. If you jack both sides up properly and then spin the collars up for the adjustment on the spring up till it's snug and then lower it via shock body collar (bottom) then they should ride pretty smooth. I'm on ksport coils and mine are set at 10f and 15r. I prefer stiffer, plus I'm really low so less suspension movement, the better it is in my case.
