+1. Chris offers the best customer service and ships parts out real quick. I picked up Invidia midpipes for my 2IS and I am very happy with my purchase.

Never mind your exhaust parts, I'm admiring how clean the underside of your car is.

Hahaha, that's exactly what Tommy said. He was surprised at how clean it was at 22k miles! It must've been because I was driving in the pouring rain here in Cali...weather has been weird lately..

Before with the Tanabe Medalion exhaust you'd get a deep note all the time and it dissappears after 3k+ RPM. Now, it just sounds meaner the higher you go! The actual exhaust note sounds clearer too, not just a muffled deep tone. I drove it on the freeway and there's a TEENY bit of drone, and that's nitpicking it. It definitely seems to pick up faster and a lot smoother too. Shoutout to my boy Chris @ TeamSNS for hooking it up and Sith who took the video for me on his iPhone!

Has anybody that has installed this Invidia Midpipe notice any performance improvments and not just sound?

Yeah, it picks up easier from low RPM's. I definitely noticed a difference. Now there's also not as much throttle lag and everything is just so much more crisp!

Um, you can hear it if you're really paying attention to it with windows up. Windows down you can hear some rasp at like 4.5k+ RPM.

Not sure, gotta ask Chris in the vendor section..I'm thinking they can though.

Is there a link for the midpipes?
Will they fit a 430?

Here is the link for the Invidia midpipe. As for the clips under load, if anyone with an iPhone or a video camera that knows a place in SOCAL where we can do multiple pulls of varying intensity, please send me a PM. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes this will work on the V8 models. The exhaust is the same. Would be curious to see how the car responds to the single pipe vs mine being 2 pipes all they way back.

anyone have a success with their GS on a dyno?

Well, I pulled the trigger on the Tanabe Medallion and the Invidia Mi-Pipe. You guys will be the first to hear the result on a GS460. Wish me luck guys!

I think I just went overboard with the decibal factor, let;s hope the V8 is not as raspy as the V6.

Why didnt you go with Invidia exhaust + midpipe? It just seems like a better combination. Cant wait for results!

...mentioned that to Designo yesterday,

anyway; INVIDIA Exhaust + Mid-pipes on a ISX50
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3AIikJQywrw

...heard this in person when i was doing the R+D with INVIDIA; personally it's not abnoxious at all.

...Mid-pipe alone tends to "choke" the sound compared to the complete set-up which is deep.

INVIDIA Q300 axle back on a GS350:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cTSC_OeAYQ

...sound quality is muffled due to wind condition during this shoot; personally the INVIDIA axle-back is not loud, very refined, deep tone...definitely not loud as the HKS, a tad louder than Tanabe (not significantly).

Im still in the fence if i will keep my brand new Invidia Axle back...
