GS350 vs IS350 engine differences?

They're only different by the shape of the top of the airbox. Both are interchangeable between the IS and GS. This was verified by Joe Z and myself when he installed the "joe z intake" on my old GS and made comparisons with his previous 08 IS350. They're practically identical.

The only advantage is that it revs higher, hence the greater HP rating.
But if you only look at HP numbers, you missed the forest for the trees.

Currently need a replacement right/passenger side cylinder head assembly(camshafts, rockers, rocker caps, valves, vvti oil spacers)
1. Can anyone verify that the gs350 share the same cylinder head assembly as the is350?
2. Does awd or rwd matter when it comes to cylinder head?
Greatly appreciate the help in advance.
