Default Driver's Door Lock Not Working

My driver's door lock isn't locking on my '06 GS when I shift my car out of park or try and lock it with the button, handle and fob. All of the other doors lock and it sounds like they try and cycle twice like there's a problem. Anyone else had this issue?

Thanks,
kd

if you manually flip the switch, does it work?

on the 2gs, over time, some people experience the door actuator problem which appears to be similar to what you have here. manual locking works (by physically turning the door lock ****), but using the remote or the button it doesn't work

Yes, I can manually flip the switch. If I remove the key from the fob I can lock it from outside as well. Looks like it's off to the dealer, hopefully covered under the CPO warranty.

Make sure your fob has good battery

The fob locks and unlocks the rest of the doors just fine. The driver's door lock doesn't lock with the ignition/fob/switch on the door.

All kinds on weird things can happen when the battery in the fob gets weak. Do you have an original battery in there? If yes, it's almost 5 years old. I would replace it just to rule it out.

Battery was replaced a couple of months ago. I tried my other fob as well and it does the same thing.
