This sounds good. If you get them and like them, I will likely follow suit.

I won't go with anything other then philips.. I have tried XenonDepot and they dont' work and fit the socket correctly which caused the socket to melt and burn and light to flicker out constantly. :/

i wouldn't say just philips though. for sure they are top notch quality (can't say enough about that), but there are some other good companies out there too, like osram and piaa, to name a few

All i know is xenondepots will ignite in my gs450h 07 and then shut off due to poor contact with connector. the philips have no problem. Xenondepots caused my harness to discolor and deform.

I have found a source which will ship to the US. 24,572 yen for 5000K and 34,500yen for 6000K.

Is there a noticeable difference between Ultinon 5000K and OEM?

lol like in between oem and 6000k? j/k

i would say put 5000k and 4300k and 6000k together, you will see the difference. if i were to do it, i probably would just go for closer to 6000k

Is 6000K very conspicuous from a distance?

Well Henry, since you're a classy guy and not a boy racer, I'm going to go with the 6K.

If it doesnt work out, 6K Ultinons will be pretty easy to sell on this forum I'm sure!

5500K to 6000K FTW!!! I would not get anything higher. I've had 8000K on my previous Lexus and I thought they looked nice. Now I look at people driving with 8K's and I shake my head......
