Does anybody know how much and where I can get a set of Philips D4S Ultinon 6000K in Japan? I found a set on ebay for $399 plus $35 for shipping.

Buy from cargym.com. it's 199. They are a reputable dealer.

Lexus cars already have Philips bulbs. Nobody who has switched from Stock Philips 4300K to Philips 6000K has reported any issues here. However there are several members who switched to non-Philips bulbs who have reported one of the bulbs going out or having intermittent issues within a year.

So is the Philips Ultinon D4S bulb is the one that everybody try to get a hand on them? How much cheaper if you get it over in Japan vs getting from cargym.com for $199?

Generally its more than 199 in Japan. I don't think you will beat that price. I had my Japanese friend shop around Japanese websites and he could not get me a better price than that.

Any Ultinon bulbs at a better price are likely used.
