I actually didn't open the lamp housing to see what size it is but I am fairly certain that it is a 194 LED bulb since most companies list that bulb for the license plate and mirror puddle lamps. Hope this helps

If anyone ever gets a squeek in their door and you are still under warrenty, just take it to your dealer. I had a minor squeek in my driver door. If I really leaned hard on my left elbow rest I could make it squeek. Mentioned it to my dealer and they were happy to investigate and repair. Turned out that one of the clips had cracked and their was some slippage. They kept the car for 3 days and I enjoyed a nice comfy 2010 RX during one of our snow storms here in Philly this winter. It was a great trade at the perfect time. And no more squeek! Sometimes if you let them the service guys can really take care of you.
