6 years and nobody else has chimed in = EXTREMELY difficult, and like previously stated - most electrical systems wouldn't be functional afterwards. Too much electrical complexity on 3GS.

No its a pretty easy swap, a 2jz engine all you need to wire up is about 5 wires to get that engine running.

Many in the middle east have done the swap. Most use a supra manual transmission.
