4TH Generation GS - Not gonna happen...
...this year. At least that's my thinking if a new GS doesn't make a showing at the N.Y. Auto Show this week.

i never ever thought for a second the new gs will be out this year at all. i just don't think it will happen

Yeah, I doubt it'll happen yet. If so, we would've seen some sort of spy shots or rendering, which I don't think exist yet. At least I haven't seen em!

that would be my guess too
bmw 5 series, came out in 04, new model 2011
mb e class, came out in 03, new model 2010
lexus gs, came out in 2006 (or call it early 2005 if you want), i just don't see new one coming out in 2011.

Yes and they have been very predictable too. New GS will debut in 2011 as 2012 model. No doubt in my mind.

then again look at the 2gs, came out in 97 as an 98 and replaced in late 05 about 7 years for a new model

Yes and plus, they just did some updates on 2010 GS models. H got new tails and grille. No more cassette player? So, most likely they'll keep this car for another year or two. Otherwise I dont know why they keep ugrading things....
