well all those lights are just saying there are error codes and probably something to do with the vsc system. only sure way is to get a reader and get the codes to see what's up. but it can definitely be the case that the speed sensor wire is again damaged causing those lights to come up. i have mentioned this before. i can't say about 3gs, but i know on the 2gs if this wire is ripped (especially when lowering the car), replacing it is pretty much the only good option unless you get very good skill on repairing
good luck

alright lexus said the wire and sensor will come out to 270ish give or take... but i was about to go get one but then i had a odd feeling just to make sure the wire was still in tact with the solder job.... and no the ground wire was ripped off during the rain i assume.. so i solder it soild this time. then un hooked the battery let that sit for 30 mins and still was showing the warning signs and so on... so i drove a min or 2 with the gas cap off and BOOM gone!!! odd that my check engine light wasnt on like all the thread i found about this.... but this time i slapped on some liquid tape and plan on picking up a new wire next pay check!!!

If you have too much solder on top of solder it's not going to be a reliable connection, next time I suggest you clean it off as well as you can, strip the wire a bit more. Get a length of electrical shrink tubing and slide it over the wire after soldering and then use a heat source (like a soldering iron even) to shrink it tight over your connection. Then it will be water tight and won't move. You shouldn't need a new wire after that.
Don't know why they said you need a new sensor when clearly the wire alone is shot.
