Wondering how you feel about your 3rd Generation GS.

 

i don't see an exact option for me so i will post instead (option 3 is closest)

the gs is an OK car, i don't have serious complaints about it, it has some goods and bads

with that said, it's definitely not a car i will buy another one

 

I'm in between 2 and 3, it will take a huge step forward for me to consider the next gen GS. I always wait a year or two before I buy any model because usually by then they make fixes for the know problems but I guess that isn't always the case...

 

I slept in my car every night.. i'm not sure i'm loving it or hating it

 

I love it. Yeah I wish there was a bit more steering feel but I knew how it was going to be getting into to it when I bought it.

 

I love my car, but I'd probably get the RX next

 

Loved both my 2GSs and love this 3GS. Looking forward to the next gen GSh and hopefully GS F.

I would seriously consider a Passionate Black 3GS if it came around my way....

Of course this also depends on looks, size, price etc of the next model but for now I would get a 4GS based on previous ownership of the 2/3 GS if I were getting a sedan.

The GS is neither fish nor fowl. I already switched to a 2010 ES350. I did not expect a sporty car, but find the steering to be better than the appalling (for a sporty car) steering in the GS. The GS is a nice but overpriced car... IMHO.

 

I find my 2009 GS to be an excellent car - pretty much what I expected. No rattles whatsoever. I don't have many complaints other then the terrible dealership/service in my region.
Next will be an LS.....

 

None of those poll choices suits me so I'll post my thoughts.

I don't love it but I really like the 3GS and I prolly won't get another. I'm a coupe man at heart and the next car needs 2 doors to tickle my fancy.
I might join the poll anyway just to see the results.

 

Not exactly my option. The GS is more than ok but I don't love it. With that said, I won't buy another one simply because there are too many models to buy the same one.

 

I plan on enjoying my GS. "It is what is Is"......when i'm tired of it who knows what i'll get next.

 

I love my GS but hate the rattles. I will probably go to Infiniti for the M37 next time. The Lexus service is amazing but I want a better car.Lexus is slipping relative to the vehicles they used to release. For 50k I want more than luxury and a quiet interior.

Lexus seems like they are getting like Mercedes........they think they are going to sell cars forever based on their old reputation. I hope they get their ish together on the 4th generation GS. Sometimes I wonder if my expectations are to high but I would have to say NO. If you have a reputation like Lexus the cars should be better than what I have seen in my GS. Its not bad or even average by any means but it should be better. The only way they will get their stuff together is if their consumers leave and go to Infiniti, BMW, Mercedes , etc.
