10.5 is just to wide for the GS. 10 should be the max then you can run a 275 tire and have it look nice with no rubbing issues.
can you explain why 10.5 is too wide? personally i don't see any big problem. if one spec it right, you can run 11" wheel in the back with 285 no problem. rubbing or not it's about offsets and tire selection

Let me start by saying I like the look and if you buy nice shoes you should protect them with the proper amount of beef (which you did). As for your rubbing issue, been there done that. First option, you can purchase spring lifters and have them installed inside the stock spring. This will reduce the travel of the spring on bumps and when extra weight is in the back. This is an inexpensive handy man fix, but an effective one. I am running Work VS XX wheels fr 20 X 8.5 rr 20 X 10.5 offset +42. I want to install the Tanabe NF 210 112, however I am concerned about enough spacing in the rear and the extra weight from the hybrid battery.
