Default Buying some new parking lights

I'm looking to get some new parking lights for my ride, and I was thinking of getting the Xenondepot 194 LED's. Does anyone know a good site to order them from (or perhaps a place in canada that I can get them)?

XenonDepot (kbcarstuff) IS in Canada, but you'll still have to pay the $10 or so shipping charge for the Putco lights from them, which is pretty high for those small things. It's out of XenonDepot's control, though, because those LEDs are drop shipped from Putco in the US.

For what it's worth I'm happy with what I got in them. Some eBay sellers have it but all in all I don't think the total cost ends up being much different so you might as well order them from XenonDepot.

No you are mistaking it with the DRL. If you install LED DRL you lose high beam. City lights are the ones which turn on in the same lamp as the High beam but are a different bulb which operates when you are using low beams aNd for the courtesy period after you park.

LOL, well those tiny parking light bulbs would have to be something out of star trek to have an output like the highbeams. The only reason you lose highbeams when replacing the DRL bulb with LEDs is that the DRL bulb IS the high beam.

Those Putco 360s look great. Are those same colour as OEM HID or closer to 5500K or 6000K

The PUTCO's are a near perfect match to the Garax 6000k. I have them both and I love the look.

$90 or so plus shipping from eBay pretty much the best deal on those?

I heard the Garax 6000s cause a significant loss of usable light. Kyang got rid of his. Is this a concern?

If you want something brighter, get the V-Leds higher power LEDs. Same ones I use in my car.

And here's a pic with them on (iPhone pic):

For the LEDs or Putco 6000k HIDs?

Regardless, $90 is too much. I think I paid $30 for the LEDs and $85 for the Garax 6000k HIDs.

Check out this thread on the marketplace forum for the Garax bulbs. David was great and there is a discount for CL members.

For the Garax bulbs. If $85, I guess that's on par with what I was seeing on eBay before.
