They are not as bright as the OEM due to the color variance. Its better then no lights haha.
I have had them in my car for a year now with no issues. I most drive during the day anyway.

Yah I've been watching your thread. I get the impression you have only shared a teaser of the full package for your summer project. Curious to see where you go with that.

Based on my experience, those with light blue bulbs (4200k-5000k high beams) will still turn out yellowish on DRL mode. When those dark blue bulbs (7000k high beams) are used, DRL will be whiter but still with a hint of yellow (and high beam lumens suffer too).

honestly though, how often do any of us use high beams? HID are bright enough for me at night to not have to use high beams. If going with the extreme blue lens helps acheive the white DRL...why not?

I think ideal is 3800K DRL with 6000K high beam. Which means DRL is yellowish, but it isn't deep yellow with hint of orange like the OEM DRL.
