Default 255/30/20 Anyone use or try this tire?

I have 20x8.5 with 35 offsets for the fronts I am thinking about useing a 255/30? Has anyone used this tire size and if so any rubbing or fender mods? I am ordering tires this week just trying to decide on my fronts. I will be useing 275/30 on the rears. Thanks.

probably pretty close, i think 255 is too wire for 8.5 anyway

and why are you running spec tire front and overspec rear?

If you want the rears (275/30) to match... I'm guessing because they are cheaper then 285/25 then you will need 245/35 which will have the over same diameter and "look" with the sidewalls.

Depending on your offset you might get some rubbing, more then lets say a 245/30 or 235/30.

Oh yeah, it won't look right with a chunky tire upfront and a stretched tire out back. I would go with a 235/30 (tiny stretch) or 245/30 (flush)

245/30/20 and 295/25/20 actually match spec better....

assuming you have 8.5-9.0 fronts and 10-10.5 rears...

^ agree.

I had the following on my car.

255/30-20 20x9 / 295/25-20 20x10.5

I would go 245/30 with your specs.
