Here are my questions.
What would be a good price to offer for this? I'm thinking $26,500?
Also, is an extended warranty recommended for this year/model/vehicle?

Not CPO and it's not fully loaded either. Doesn't have ML or the parking sensors on it. I think it's priced a little high considering the mileage. I paid $32k for mine in July 09 for an 07 GS350 with 18k miles on it and mines is fully loaded (minus Radar Cruise).

Its funny one area they say they have ML installed and on other section says 10 speakers meaning premium. Also listed with stock 17s but pics shows 18s.
OneGuy: This is the same way I got taken when I purchased my GS350. I paid extra for ML when it was actually a premium system. At the end the dealership gave some $$$ back. Look for the Mark Levinson Stamp by tape deck. As far as price goes I think its listed a bit too high but check KBB and factory warranty has run out so that brings your price down a bit.

26.5 seems like a fairly reasonable price. maybe you can start at 25 or 25.5. and also try dealing on the out the door price if that will make things simpler.
as for extended warranties, i don't really know. the mileage is past the 50,000 factory allowance so i'm not sure if all warranty providers would cover that? but again, i don't know for sure.

NADA Value
Here is the NADA value for that particular car. Take it for what it's worth I have found that it is extremely accurate with everything I have used it for. I am in banking and consistently using this to apply value.
It look like you are offering about what clean trade in would be.
Maybe $28,500 with 100,000 mile warranty???

So it came down to $27,000 even with a 3 year, 125K mile engine, transmission, and drive train warranty. Tax and License in CA was a killer (estimated 10.25%).
