Hello,

Can any of you who own a 2006 GS 300 2WD -let me know what kind of MPG you get on all HWY_____, All City____, and mixed overall____. I am very curious to know other than what the sheets say when new on the auto's or what the gov website says.
I travel about 35K miles a year and I am thinking about purchasing one.

I have the 2006 in RWD.

75/25 % Hwy to City ratio. I average 27-28 mpg on rare ocasions I can even squeek out 29. On freeways I usually cruise at 75 MPH. My driving is on the conservative side so I can keep an eye on bumps or freeway debris on the road. I have had this car for over a year and have been true to these averages. Right now I have 40,000 miles on it.

I've been getting 24.5 on city and 27 on highway and if I'm flooring it I ge about 17 MPG

Just drove Raleigh NC to Orlando FL (approx. 622 miles) and averaged 28.1 mpg with 4 passengers and luggage. I was impressed.

Took a trip to Vegas, average 31mpg going about 75-80mph but I usually get no less than 24mpg with city and highway driving.

100% Highway = 31.2 MPG just 2days ago going about 75mph.
City = I'm getting about 20-21 MPG.




Better than my 02 IS300. Go figure.
