What I find odd about those spy shots are the rims. 2006 MY didn't have those rims available. They because optional in 2007 MY. Why would those rims make an appearance 2+ years before becoming available?
On a related note, my lease expires in a couple months. I've received many calls from Lexus, Infiniti, BMW and MB soliciting my business. Now..how the heck does Infiniti, BMW and MB knows my lease expires soon???

apparently all these lease/finance info are pretty well known across industry. when my sc430 lease came to an end, i got all kind of calls and mails from other manufacturers too, including honda (that was so odd). same thing with my friend's bmw and mb

You're right! I stand corrected.

I would HOPE that we're not looking at a 2013 GS debuting in 2012. That would be WAY too far out. My hope is still for something at least next winter (ie Jan 2011ish)

From my understanding the RWD active diff is coming to the GS, so power can be shifted from left to right and where the traction is. I would think with the next AWD GS then has these same attributes. Acura started it, now Audi, BMW, Porsche, Volvo have it with their AWD systems.
Lexus could be the first with it for a RWD application. I expect marketing to really explain how it works to people through advertisements.
