Not true at all. I personally feel that getting large aftermarket wheels on a car at stock ride height just doesn't look right. Subjective, yes, but it's a known bias about this board, as you pointed out indirectly. LOL
I don't think you need to lower it. The car looks very clean as is. Almost a factory look.
I agree, not a big fan of lowering a car anymore guess I just grew up. Car looks good as it it. Lowering the car will cause problems in time. You may like the look for now but what about when the tires wear quick, if you get a flat..hard to jack the car up when its lowered, or suspensions problems in the future. Everybody I know who's ever had a lowered car has some type of regrets.
