Window Roll Down
I have a 2010 GS 350. I have read on threads that holding down the unlock button on the fob would roll down the car windows. However, it does now work on my car. Can anyone help? Thanks

Do your windows and sunroof automatically open all the way without you having to hold the buttons down? If not then they all need to be initialized and maybe your dealer forgot to do it.
If they do, then there isn't any trick other than holding the unlock button until they all open.

If your windows don't open automatically by pressing or pulling the button all the way up or down..then you need to program it to do so first. Simply go to each window and go down all the way then go up all the way manually from each side. Do the same with the sunroof. Hopefully, that will make the key work.

I just had my dealer do it as well (five months after getting the car).
Question on your '10 - assuming you use the bluetooth, do people tell you that they can barely hear you? I get that all the time. Amazingly, on the pre-'10s there was an adjustment for outgoing volume, but the adjustment was eliminated for 2010.
Apparently there has been a software upgrade for some '10s, but not the GS. My dealer has spoken with Lexus twice about this and so far they don't seem to think there is a problem with the '10s.

I have a 2010. No one has ever complained about my BT audio. I've actually been complimented on it. My car was manufactured late Dec 09 if that helps.
Did you try a different phone?
And if Lexus thinks it isn't a problem, tell them to call you and talk back to them from the car's BT and then let them decide.
BTW, anyone know where the Nav Hard Drive is? Wondering if its where the DVD player for the NAV is on earlier models but not sure how to look behind the black covers.

I'll probably take the car back in this week if I get time and have them try it again. My phone is a fairly new Blackberry btw.
Thanks for the response.
