Dumb question - is there a difference between color "black" and "obsidian" for 2008?

Dumb question - is there a difference between color "black" and "obsidian" for 2008?
I am 99% sure that I will be buying a 2008 GS350 in black exterior and tan interior. In looking on Autotrader and other sites, there are 2008 models listed with black as the color, and just as many with obsidian color. Is there any difference? Thanks in advance.

The color code did change. Black Onyx (202) was sold on some early 2007 models and then it shifted to Obsedian (212). Yes both are black.
I'm still unsure which one has a clearcoat or not...
