As long as they fit right and don't need adaptors. MRR make some good wheels with OEM Lexus fitment.

some of you guys are mistaking the definition of overspec. if the overall diameter of the wheel (that means rims + tires) and also the weight are about the same as factory, then there isn't really anything to worry about, even if you go with 20s and spec tires. but if you go with some extremely heavy wheels for whatever reason, or very very overspec tires, then yes, you will put extra stress on the tranny

the consequence is another story too, that depends on how well the tranny is designed
