Right low beam HID is out.

How do I know if it is the bulb or the electronics box feeding the bulb? Without paying the bucks to try a new bulb.

Guess I could swap front left & right bulbs and see if that fixes it, right?

Yes, that will isolate whether or not the bulb or ballast is out. Usually its the bulb. Denso (OEM) ballasts are very good quality and rarely ever go out.
