Wheel Fitment?

It will look okay but there will be times you look at it and think the rear is not in propoprtion to the front.
My wife's gs has 9.5, 45 offset rear and that's right on the edge.

I think it'll look fine. The rears are a bit aggressive and you'll definitely rub IMO or just about rub without fender mods. The front, you'll be fine and maybe require minimal fender mods but really it all depends on how low you go.

the rear is not aggressive at all... 9.5 +37, that's same as 10 +43, which is what most people have here.
fwiw, i have 9+34 and 10+37, which is equivalent to 8.5+28 and 9.5+30.
if you compare mine to OP's info, the front is 9mm more inset, the rear is 7mm.
with that said, front and rear tires are both overspec, so expect some rubbing

its gonna be dropped on tanabe df10s and i dont mind rolling the rear fenders.....how are the tires over spec? most people i see run a 245-35 and a 275-30 so isnt it pretty much the same?

a lot of people run these tire setup but that doesn't mean they aren't out of spec. 245/35/20 and 275/30/20, the overall diameter is about 1" larger than factory wheels. the larger diameter will cause it easier to rub. if you want spec size, then it's 245/30/20 and 275/25/20, but some people might think they are too much on the rubber band side
