Looking to lease a new gs 350 awd
Whats up board. I have not been around in a while. I currently have a 08 335. But my brother is looking to get into the gs 350 awd as per my recommendations. So I have a few questions for you guys.
What are the:
Residuals
Money Factors
Actually invoices(not the 7% markedup kbb ones)
Rebates/hold backs
Thank You in advance Board

Actual invoice in the NY Region is usually what you see online plus about $500 LDA/TDA and, IIRC, $14 for gasoline.

Its not really a problem. I Guess base to see where the support level is. Plus I can probaly find many variations of the car sitting on lots due to the current economy. Options are not a big factor. He was in a 328 sport package xexons and was happy with those options alone. Me on the other hand am very particular with my options. So from what I remeber it might have changed the gs had xexons standard and navi I believe. That's more then enough options for him. I saw a few commercials for 5k down(obvinot taxes) the payments were around 500. I believe I should be able to get the car for about 2500 down same payment easily without blinking an eye. Any of the information requested could help me gauge the lowest I can get him into the car for. Thanks again Board

Last I checked the National programs were on a No-Navi car, Navi is an option.
Also I have never seen a national program where there's $2,500 on the table plus adding in an option that does not residualize all that well.
I have a call into a friend of mine who runs a Lexus store in Jersey, I'll see what a realistic target price, MF, residual, etc would be on a Navi car.
