Thumbs up Cleaning the Chrome exh. tips

does anyone have any recommendations for cleaning the exhaust tips what products to use to clean it.

Any kind of metal polish will do... Even stuff that you can find in the grocery store meant for cleaning pots and pans.

I've never had the patience to really do a proper scrubbing since it takes a lot of time to really polish it and it just gets dirty in a snap again anyway.

Mothers aluminum and mag polish..u could get it at autozone

I used this on mine and while it worked great, I was more impressed it restored the tips on my wife's '94 SC400 with very little effort.

+1 on the Nevr-Dull wadding polish. I also use metal polish and follow up with a sealant.

Bar Keeper's Friend works for my tips on the TL, I'm not sure if they are the same metal as the Lexus but if so, this stuff took off years of grime without much fight.
