Default Tire and wheel warrenty question

So a couple days ago, I was driving at night in the rain and a big branch was in the middle of the road and I, half asleep, drove up a curb and back down. Luckily, I slowed down enough that nothing appeared to be broken, or so I thought. None of the body was damaged, not a single scratch but today as I was washing the car, I saw this:
The top picture is the front right and the bottom is the rear right.

Does anyone know if this will be covered by the wheel and tire warranty? I'm going to take it to the dealer tomorrow anyway but I just wanted to ask

Normally warranties don't cover the owner driving over cubs, I don't think anybody is going to help you out with that.

Shouldn't the road hazard program cover damaged sidewalls and rims? I bought that thinking that is what covers these kind of incidences.

When I bought my tires i also bough the road hazzard warranty... a few more $$. And it said it'll cover this kind of stuff. Look like your rim is still ok.

i would say yours was not "normal driving". you could always say you hit a big pothole.

This is the warranty I got. "incurs a puncture that cannot be repaired". I think they changed it a bit from last time when I bought it. They said they only want the broken tire only if something is suspicious... oh well.

Yea but im sure it has to be due to road conditions or else people would be slashing tires left and right to get new tires for free.

Couldn't you just lie about it and get a new tire?

Well I'm taking it to the dealers now so i guess i'll see what is covered and what's not.

I think if it's somebody smart looking at it they won't believe it's from a pot hole since the curb damage is not in the same place as the tire damage. Well, I guess it's possible if it's a super pot hole.

Tire might be covered if you lie and say it was a pot hole but the rim clearly looks curbed and not the type of damage that would happen from a road hazard.

The rear tire I know is from the curb but I'm not sure about the front. I checked after I went up the curb and didn't see anything before. Would they cover it if I don't know what happened?
