Lightbulb AC line heat shield wrap

Curious if any1 tried this on a GS430 and how hard is it to do? Any pics would help.

is your a/c not cooling well?????? I have a 430 and even here in Louisiana mine will freeze you out..... I leave it set on 69 on Auto and it actually cuts down.......

It cool just fine, just I don't want it unnecessary over work. I've never look under the engine cover. so not sure how hard it is to do.

Mine is too cold in Houston.... i regularly have to push it up past 77 to get away from being frozen...

I have used a lot of this heat shielding on my Subaru. It works. Radiant heat is reflected and normally there is some type of insulation material under the foil so the part you are trying to protect stays cool or hot. Depending on what you are trying to do. In turbocharged cars radiant heat is very important to keep in check. Easy mod to do as well so I don't think it would hurt to try. Whether or not you'll notice a difference is another story.
