$20-21K for a 2006 with 25K miles is damm good. I'm buying out my lease which ends next month on my 06 GS300 with 60K miles for $18,800. I've got way too much money into it and the price seemed reasonable considering how much others out there are selling for.
I say go for the 06 and save the money to buy wheels and make it look tight.
