The sensor in middle of the dash, right under the rear view mirror? That little ball looking thingy? If that so, then its the auto climate control sensor. This all actually is stated in the manual.
I'm pretty sure the rear is for the glare of the gauges if you have bright light coming from the rear window and the front is a sensor to put your interior lights into night mode.
the one in the rear under the 3rd brake light is light sensor for the rear, it's connect to help control the lighting on the dash when there's too much back light from the back of the car
on the dash the two "ball" thing that's light sensor to determine if the headlights should turn on or not and also the interior day/night lighting control
So it controls the illumination of the dashboard? I'am going to have my rear windows tinted and think about what to do with that sensor? Should I make a hole in a tint near it or not?

Not the illumination exactly, but the opacity of the glass covering the gauge cluster. When the sensor detects bright light, it will cause the glass to change from transparent to slightly translucent. So, it appears slightly less crisp and bluish in order to eliminate glare on the glass.
I wouldn't make any alterations to your tint. If you want, you can just change the glass cluster setting sensitivity using the control in your drop down control panel.
