Question '07 GS350 AWD - good price?

Found a red cpo '07 gs350 awd with 26700 miles with all options EXCEPT ML system offered at $35k, negotiated down to $32k in Illinois. Is this a good price/value?

I just paid 27800 for a 07 RWD with 32,000 no nav, no ML not sure what other options yours has that your looking at, when I purchased they also had one with nav for 29,800 same mileage...both were gray.

this was at carmax therefore neither were CPO...which seems to be an extra $3000 to the price of the car.

my car is still under factory lexus warranty until December which gives me enough confidence to go without the CPO.

Around here TX all the CPO's around that year / model were priced similar to what you are seeing $33-$35k, with little to no negotiating room........which is why I saved $6-$8k and bought from carmax...plus they gave me more on my trade.

wouldn't that still be under factory warranty?

KBB.com says that a 2007 GS350 AWD (CPO) with everything but ML in "excellent" condition should be priced at $36,305...so the $32K price seems to be a good deal. Check CarFax to see if there's been any repair work done.

some 07's are out of warranty just depends if they were first registered this early in 2006....which some 07's I looked at were which means they are out of factory warranty.

that's what i was thinking but i guess the years are coming faster than the miles so the warranty will be up next year without CPO so that's why they did it? maybe i can go lower with this recall thing and them not being able to let cars go until august when the cars are fixed?

all Lexus dealers add CPO simply for profit, regardless of mileage or age they will add CPO....pure profit center....although if they buyer wants it ...more power to you.

you should search cars.com or autotrader for other 07's awd....cars.com will let you search with specific features like awd.....search unlimited mileage....and you can also specify CPO or NOT CPO...it will give you a better idea of what's what.

I do remember a local RED one CPO was by far the cheapest, I think it's the least desirable color at least in TX.

$27k no nav...red

or

$28K with nav black

sooooo 32k doesn't look that awesome

32k is high. maybe for an 08 but for an 07 you should be able to get that for high 20s
