I gotta 2006 300AWD ML . . I wanna be able to play mp3s and watch videos linked from my ipod classic . . Which system would be best for me?

I got the Isimple...so easy to install

are there any instructions on the forum on how to install the isimple?
Does the isimple allow you to control everything via the navigation screen? or do you actually have to use the buttons?

I do not have any experience with the iSimple only the Vais though. I have the Vais for my Ipod interface and for my Sirius Satelite radio. Absolutely a fantastic product that integrates very well with steering wheel controls and everything. Vais tech support is top notch also!!!

BLu, for your 06 with ml, there is no vaistech module that will play video (with sound)

I do not know since I currently use an Ipod nano without video. I just know that vais products are top quality and integrate beutifully with my Mark Levinson NAV system in my 2006 GS300. I am very happy with my selection. To be sure contact VAIS technologies directly and they can answer all your questions like they did for me before I made my decision to go with their products. Before going with the vais products I also called around to a few Lexus dealers and audio shops here in MD and they all used and swore by Vais products. Some even told me Vais is better then factory lexus products like the Ipod interface. As for the satelite inteface, since I wanted to use Sirius, I had no other choice but Vais and I am very satisfied as well.

vaistech ipod kit is far superior than the lexus integration kit, that's for sure. i have looked at them side by side and have talked to customers with lexus kit who have tried out my vaistech

personally i don't know of a unit that will play video on 06 gs with ml (ml is the problem).
