After some perusing, I think I've found some rims I like...I was going to get the 19s, staggered. I'll put in F-sport coils if needed.

There is a shop in town that is offering to put them on with Falken 452 F 245x35x19, R 275x30x19 tires for $2500. Is this a good deal?? When I look around, I'm able to put it all together for about $2200, but I have no machine to put on these tires. I'm assuming they will do an alignment for me.
Also - I was concerned about warranty issues: I called lexus customer service satisfaction and asked them about window tinting and aftermarket wheels.
Regarding the tint - they straight up said NO. It will not affect your warranty.
Regarding aftermarket rims - they told me that if any problems arose, they would investigate to see if the rims contributed to the problem. If they did, Lexus would not cover. However, if no cause-effect relationship is there, Lexus will cover. Example: AC stops working after putting on said 19s. They will still fix it, as the 2 are unrelated.
I emailed them also, to get this in writing. I will post what they say, so we can all use this for the future

For what it's worth, below is the response from Lexus Customer
Satisfaction...it's nice to have something in writing before I start messing with stuff.
Thank you for contacting Lexus Customer Satisfaction. We are dedicated to providing superior service.
We appreciate the opportunity to address your inquiry.
The warranty remains intact unless the aftermarket product or the installation process is the cause of a concern, because the warranty only covers concerns caused by the Toyota factory.
We do not recommend the use of after market parts/accessories. Since we have not tested after market parts/accessories, we do not have information on how they may affect the operation of your vehicle. Modifications could affect the vehicle’s performance, safety or durability, and may violate government regulations. In addition, damage or performance concerns resulting from the use of after market parts may not be covered under warranty.
If you require further assistance, please respond to this e-mail, or contact Lexus Customer Satisfaction at 1-800-255-3987, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Pacific Time.
Sincerely,

Congrats and welcome back.
F-Sport accessories are easy to put on just like any aftermarket bolt-ons. 60hp from an exhaust? Doubt it.
Suspension works. I got it on my 07 AWD.
Price for installation depends on where you go. Find an aftermarket shop and they should be able to do it for around $200 for the springs.
People roll big rims on the 3GS. Lots of 20's and some even bigger I think.
Are you looking for the stock 5 spoke?
