Check VGRS, P/S, ABS, AFS Blinking and Engine Lights On - Safe to Drive to dealer?
So I thought installing a Ipod adapter would be a simple plug and play after reading the articles on CL, i was mistaken. Maybe I plugged into the wrong harness who knows. I'm not a retard but I did something not good.
Symptoms: All lights above are on, Nav screen won't even turn on now and car is idling funny.
Diagnostic done already: Checked all fuses (all good), did a master reset on Battery (nothing changed) and thats about it.
Questions: 1) Is there something I'm missing as far as resetting or a fuse somewhere or?
2) Is it safe to drive roughly 15 miles to the dealership?
Thanks - and I already got beat down a little in a different thread for not having a professional install it but i figured after seeing the DIY threads it would be super easy.
Anyways any help would be great. Thx in advance.

VGRS, P/S, ABS, AFS are nothing that will prevent you from driving the car. If the car is idling funny and you have CEL then I may not drive the car. Maybe take it down the street and see how it drives.
Call your dealer and see what they suggest. Its not a far drive but hate to see you get stuck on the side of the road.

I just drove it to the store and it was fine. Problem is the lexus Dealer is 15-20 miles from the house...im wondering if it would be better to take it to a certified ASE shop just to have them run the diagnostic first. Whats your thoughts on that?

Well took it to the dealer and they cant find the problem...their words before I left were "doesn't look good" - so Im assuming this might cost me what I was saving for rims....Nice! Very frustrated with Dice at the moment.

Necroposting just to add a possible solution for anyone who comes across this thread like I did. I also had this issue after trying to install a bluetooth module, I did something I knew was possibly stupid in the process, I'll post a picture of my gague cluster below (AFS OFF was blinking).
Also no trip info or AC control (and other things) on the touch screen, no gear indicator in the gague cluster and I had to use the shift lock to get the gear stick out of park. I fixed it by replacing a blown 10A ECU fuse. They're "Micro" blade fuses, not regular sized ones.
