Did this issue just appear or did you just buy the car? The GS is really sensitive to road surfaces, and follows lines/depressions if you don't keep a firm grip on the steering wheel.

I went to see the independent alignment specialist today. He said there 2 problems with the alignment I had gotten from the Lexus dealer:
1) It was not straight.
2) I had radial pull to the right which he was able to offset by swapping the front 2 wheels.
He also said the main reason my steering wheel appeared to be off center is because I had to correct for the pull.
After leaving the Alignment Factory, this was gone and the car tracks straight. The difference is striking.
The alignment guy told me he wasn't setting it to within factory tolerances, but he was doing better and setting it to the optimal values.
All I can say is it makes a big difference. The Lexus dealer's alignment in retrospect was totally second rate and results in car not going straight.
Based on this experience, I would say - find a top alignment shop that does alignments for Porsche, Corvette, and BMW M Auto-X drivers and get them to do the alignment on your car.

I have a 2010 Lexus GS350 RWD. It has around 5,000 Miles.
It is wandering quite a bit and constant steering corrections are needed to
keep the car strait. I took it to my Local dealer and went with the tech on
a test drive and they replaced the tires (Yokohama Advan 18") with (Bridgestone Potenza 18"). They did a 4 Wheel Allignment and Balance. The problem is still there but the Noise from the Yokohamas are gone. What could be the possible problem? I have a appointment on Tuesday With the Assistant Service Manager on Tuesday to figure out the problem.

I have a AWD 350. Started with the Dunlop runflats. Took it in to complain about the pull to one side as you describe.
They told me it was a tire defect and changed them out with the Michelin Pilots...at no charge.
Cant remember the exact term they used to describe the defect, but the net result is irregular wear and thus, pull.
