Default Side View mirrors resetting...

How can I set the side view mirrors in place? They keep resetting everytime I turn on the car.

and you should probably associate the setting with your fob as well. it could be that your fob is associated with another memory setting so every time you unlock the car it goes to that setting

I don't remember seeing any special procedure for fob-profile association in the manual, did I miss something?

i can't say for sure if that was in 06, but for my car, there is a procedure to program a certain memory (out of the 3) with the fob. so for us, my wife and i have our own fob. when we unlock the car, the seat and mirrors will be automatically set according to that key. i remember it has something to do with pressing the memory setting button when holding a button on the fob or so

Ironically, the battery is so rare that the Lexus dealer is the cheapest place to buy it.

I just wanna know why the hell my mirror keeps adjusting, even after I've set my seat/mirror positions.

They were around $5 for two, which was way cheaper than in any other store.

eBay is more expensive unless you buy no-name ones (the ones Lexus sells are Swiss made). Two Energizer batteries from eBay come to the same price with shipping plus I would have had to manually open locks/press fob against start button for two weeks until it arrived. Which alone isn't worth the hassle to save a buck or two.
