GS350 delivers similar performance with better efficiency.
But I would choose based on the condition and the equipment level of the actual vehicle. In practice GS430s are usually better equipped. e.g. they have active suspension and active steering which are not common options on GS350s. I find the active suspension cars drive a lot better.
