Updates:

The adjuster from another driver's insurance came out yesterday and he estimated the repairs will cost around $11000. The body shop will order parts from Lexus to replace most of the rear end. I contacted the Lexus dealer and they recommend me to check on the rear sun shade motors, amplifier, and rear speakers. It will take around 3 weeks or 90 hours of labor works for the repair so I'm driving a rental car provided by the insurance company after many phone calls to them and they agreed to rent me a car for a week. It's a 09 Chevy Malibu LT POS. I dont know why they think they are better than Accord or Camry

Anyway, my co-worker told me to ask the insurance for loss of value (diminish value) after the repair since the GS will take a big hit if I try to sell it because it will be on Carfax. How do I calculate it and send to the insurance company? I paid $20k for my GS 2 two months ago and NADA book valued at $23000 according to my loan. I can't total it because the repair is less than 70%. I'm thinking about asking them for $4k of differences.

Thanks,
