COming up to my 5th year for my warranty to end, any recommendations on what I should look for to report to the dealership to fix...last minute fix, I got till Sept to do anything else.
Only thing I may bring up now is that my mirrors don't always go completely down when I'm in reverse, not sure if they gonna fix that or not

Well that depends on the model. If you have an 06, then try your best to get the valve spring TSB applied while you still can. If it's been 5 years then I guess it's probably an 06? Though isn't the warranty 6 years....

I'd have them do the mirrors too. It'll only get worse, and it's an expensive replacement. You might want to ask if they can replace them with the new '08+style, although you'd have to pay or DIY to get the LED's to work.
Of course, if you have any dash rattles or squeaks this would be the time to have those addressed.

Mine is a 07, bought it late 06. So far i haven't heard any rattles from the dash or sunroof.
And my valve springs have been replace, since it was making a grinding noise when i started the engine.
I'll definitely bring it up to the dealer for the mirror, just have to find an way to convince them its acting funky. Sometimes it goes halfway down, then I put it in PARK, then back to reverse and it works...sometimes I deal with it...sometimes it works. KNowing my luck when I show the service manager, its going to work

Did someone say the warranties lasted 5 years? I've had 4 Lexus cars and I'm pretty sure they are 4 years 50K miles.
Anyway, the warranty on our 06 ended and every time I hear or feel something I slightly panic. It's been fine and I'm starting to relax. Had the car checked out last week and everything is okay.

The side mirror issue is known. They used cheap plastic gears that give. Get those replaced.
Check to see that your rear sun visor still works fine.
Listen for any noises that bother you.
Look for bubbles in the leather or door.
Your gas cap and mission systems are still warrantied until 88,000miles/8years
