I looked over so many posts about HID and DIY's but NO one has shown how they got to the OEM Wires to tap in or unplug OEM Ballast... I looked on EBAY for pics of Headlights and OEM wires to Ballast and saw a RED coated wire with off white plug, When i looked for it on my 06 i found it but it has a few colored wires(pins) for it.

QUESTION IS - HOW CAN I REPLACE OEM BALLAST or JUST ADD or TAP-iN WITHOUT TAKING OFF BUMPER? please someone help.

probably impossible since the ballast is under (on the bottom) of the headlight. i actually just replaced a ballast in my drivers side headlight. removing it is quite the pain because there is a gray plastic leveling piece on the headlight (see the red cirlce on the pic) that needs to be removed in order to remove the part of the ballast the plugs into the bulb (red circle on 2nd pic). this piece is a pentagon shape bit. i couldnt not find anything like this so i just ended up using an allen key but it worked.
